How easy was your journey to the top? Did it ever feel lonely as a woman? Did you have mentors who helped lift you up that looked like you? Let’s change this pattern once and for all! Join our movement as a jury member to shine the light on the incredible women who are making our world a better place for others. We believe this experience would be valuable both personally and professionally!

  • Contribute to gender equality and inclusion: Help us promote gender equality and inclusion in leadership roles. Your involvement will help break down barriers, amplify women’s voices, and advocate for a more equitable distribution of leadership opportunities.
  • Making a positive impact on society: Your contributions as a jury member can have a ripple effect, inspiring women to pursue leadership aspirations, encouraging organizations to embrace diversity and inclusion, and promoting a more equitable and just society.
  • Build a strong professional network: As a jury member, you interact with other professionals who share a passion for recognizing and celebrating women’s leadership. These connections can lead to valuable collaborations, mentorship opportunities, and potential career advancements.
  • Personal fulfillment and sense of purpose: The act of recognizing and honoring the achievements of other women can bring a deep sense of personal fulfillment and purpose. You become an integral part of a movement that empowers women and promotes gender equality.
