  • Join an in-person finalist breakfast event hosted in Amsterdam before the award ceremony;
  • Attend the highly anticipated award ceremony on 25 March 2025 at H’ART Museum
  • Pay an entry fee of EUR100;

This is not just another award, nor do you have to be a senior tenured executive to be considered. It doesn’t matter if you have a quarter of a decade of experience or just started out, your title, level or age aren’t relevant, because what matters is your impact. All shortlisted candidates will have an opportunity to meet each other during the informal breakfast event hosted in Amsterdam on 26th February.

Eligibility
criteria

Please note the following rules when making your nominations:

  • All nominations have to be submitted by a company. Individuals or independent workers cannot nominate themselves.
  • All entries will be treated confidentially.
  • Nominations for each nominee are limited to a maximum of two categories only. Separate supporting information must be provided for each nomination category.
  • Nominees will be contacted and offered the opportunity to provide additional information to support their nomination.  WVA reserves the right to withdraw any nomination where either the nominee has not responded to the request for additional information, it is felt the information provided is insufficient or the nomination information submitted does not meet requirements.  Such nominations will not be considered for shortlisting.
  • Nominees, shortlisted candidates, and winners must consent to press and media coverage, and promotion for all WVA used in sponsorship/promotional materials by the organising organisation, sponsors, and all media streams without payment or permission.
  • Nominees must be available to attend WVA Gala Presentation and Dinner on the 25th of March
  • By submitting your nomination, you agree that WVA and partners may share your submission with their affiliates for the purpose of reviewing it and the Judging process.
  • Entries can be made using the online entry form
  • Strict compliance with word count must be maintained in the nomination form, although there is the facility to upload additional documentation and provide URL links to further information.
  • All nominees must be aged 18 or over on the date of their nomination.
  • All nominees must be those who identify as women (with exception of the Inspirational Male Supporting Women Leaders category, in which case the nominee must identify as male).
  • Winners will be announced at the gala dinner which will take place on the dates, as noted above.
  • Each nomination requires an entry fee of 100 Euros.

Nomination
process

The nomination process for Women Visibility Awards 2025 will open on Monday the 2nd of December 2024 and close on the 14th of February 2024.

The jury will start shortlisting the finalists from the 17th of February 2025 and be finalized during the jury breakfast on the 24th of February 2025.

We will notify all finalists and invite them to a filming day where we will record their promotional video.

A public vote will decide for each category from the finalists.

All winners will be announced during the Women’s Visibility Awards Gala Presentation and Dinner on the 25th of March at H’ART Museum. Official start time 6 pm.
