Join our movement as a jury member to shine the light on the incredible women who are making our world a better place for others. We believe this experience would be valuable both personally and professionally!

  • Support and recognize  exceptional women: As a jury member, you will have the privilege of evaluating and honoring the achievements of remarkable women who have made significant contributions to their fields and communities. 
  • Contribute to gender equality and inclusion: Help us promote gender equality and inclusion in leadership roles. Your involvement will help break down barriers, amplify women’s voices, and advocate for a more equitable distribution of leadership opportunities.
  • Making a positive impact on society: Your contributions as a jury member can have a ripple effect, inspiring women to pursue leadership aspirations, encouraging organizations to embrace diversity and inclusion, and promoting a more equitable and just society.
  • Build a strong professional network: As a jury member, you interact with other professionals who share a passion for recognizing and celebrating women’s leadership. These connections can lead to valuable collaborations, mentorship opportunities, and potential career advancements.
  • Personal fulfillment and sense of purpose: The act of recognizing and honoring the achievements of other women can bring a deep sense of personal fulfillment and purpose. You become an integral part of a movement that empowers women and promotes gender equality.
  • Help raise awareness of our joint cause and promote the event on social media, in your network and in your organisation. (4th-15th December; 22nd-30th January)
  • Review nominations (max 24), participate in the deliberations and contribute to the final decision-making process. (Between 1st and 25th february – 4 hours);
  • Join an in-person jury deliberation breakfast event hosted at Google office in Amsterdam on February 26th 2024 (2 hours);
  • Attend the highly anticipated award ceremony on March 26th 2024 at Rabozaal Stadschouwburg Amsterdam (3 hours);
  • Mentor one of the nominees (2 meetings of 1 hour spread over 2024).
  • The judging proces should include the timeline so 4th December – 1st of February registration open.2nd – 26th of February jury selects 4 nominees per categories. 26th of February -26th of March public votes the winner via website.

All eligible applications will be assessed on the extent to which they meet the following criteria:

  • IMPACT: evidence and scale of the impact of your work in your relevant field, organisation or community.
  • POTENTIAL TO INFLUENCE AND INSPIRE: Extent to which you and your story are likely to influence and inspire the next generation of young women to pursue and grow their careers in the respective fields. 
  • QUALITY OF APPLICATION: Whether an example, review, testimonial or a case study is provided and their quality
